🎙️ Recording 'The Black Sea' by @borisbezemer, a major 45-minute solo work for tenor recorder today at the beautiful @het_orgelpark, where the piece will also be live premiered on 31 October as part of Boris' composer portrait concert "The Quiet And The Stormy Sea" featuring @jamesoesi on double bass and Boris on the hyperorgan. Many thanks to Boris for the most inspiring collaboration (and keeping me busy for the past weeks 🎼🎶🎵)!

Forever and Ever is out now! A duo album of 16 instrumental love songs with composer and pianist extraordinaire as well as recorder player's best friend @soeren_sieg, improvised on themes composed by Sören (+ one completely improvised together).

In June 2023 on the kind invitation of Sören I spent an exhilarating week working day and night in Warsaw with a bunch of recorders, Sören and his @faziolipianos_official grand piano, joined by recording engineer @mca.recording. The result is this album of evocative, often melancholic and at times uplifting crossover classical/jazz, which I hope will resonate with whoever is listening.
