Forever and Ever is out now! A duo album of 16 instrumental love songs with composer and pianist extraordinaire as well as recorder player's best friend @soeren_sieg, improvised on themes composed by Sören (+ one completely improvised together).

In June 2023 on the kind invitation of Sören I spent an exhilarating week working day and night in Warsaw with a bunch of recorders, Sören and his @faziolipianos_official grand piano, joined by recording engineer @mca.recording. The result is this album of evocative, often melancholic and at times uplifting crossover classical/jazz, which I hope will resonate with whoever is listening.

Yesterday at @novembermusicnl / @willem_twee_kunstruimte - it was an honor to perform Luciano Berio's seminal Gesti (1966) and premiere @ilhan_gazioglu's Lament for recorder during the first half of the Sequenza Marathon among top performers and composers who wrote for them, all insightfully presented by Giovanni Cestino from the Centro studi Luciano Berio and fantastically coordinated by @remycomposes. 🙏 A wonderful initiative commemorating the centenary of Berio and celebrating the impact of these works that carries into the future. Thank you!
