Next weekend: @rewirefestival, where I have the pleasure to be performing solo sets on recorders and electronics as part of the exhibition 'A Staged Slumber' by @cazegelie & @jessestrik at @daslebenamhaverkamp. For Rewire (4-7 April) the installation is transformed into a performance space, with performances by a multitude of musicians, dancers and artists. I'm playing on Saturday 6 April at 12:30-13:00 and 16:30-17:00 and on Sunday 7 April at 15:05-15:20 and 17:45-18:00, but the whole program from Friday to Sunday is varied and exciting.

One of the highlights of 2023 has been the #NieuweNoten / #NewNotes project - a call for scores and a series of solo concerts made possible by @gaudeamusnl, @grachtenfestival and @novembermusicnl, with further performances at @nieuwenotenamsterdam/@pleintheater, #HuizeGaudeamus and @huisdepinto.

It's been a busy couple of weeks for the @royalwindmusic! 4 productive and jam-packed recording days later, the new album "The Orpheus of Amsterdam" has been recorded, after having toured the program in Italy (@jmgconcert, Val Gardena) and Austria (@landoberoesterreich, Linz) last week.

Thanks to RWM, recording engineer/videographer/photographer multitalent Andrea Friggi, @doopsgezindhaarlem for the amazing location and everyone for having supported the crowdfunding campaign on @voordekunst so far.
